To The Deen Diaries Community,

As I sit down to type this message, my heart is filled with a mix of emotions. The journey of The Deen Diaries has been one of passion, love, and dedication to bring a beneficial tool for each of us to grow closer in our faith focus and self-growth. Together, we've built more than just a small business, we've created a community for Muslimas to find faith-focused journals that resonate with their hearts and their goals toward their purpose and connection. It has been an honour and a privilege to serve you all so far.

However, the time has come for me to take a step back and just... breathe. The life of an entrepreneur, especially one striving to uphold the values we cherish and the goals we wish to achieve, is ceaselessly demanding. It involves not just the content creation, designing, making, packing, and marketing of our cherished products but also wearing countless hats that demand my attention day in and day out. As a mother, the balance between nurturing my family and nurturing our shared vision with The Deen Diaries has become increasingly challenging.

I have reached a point where I am not coping as well as I would hope, primarily due to the absence of a support system that can share the load during times I need it most. My schedule toward The Deen Diaries has been sporadic, squeezed into the quiet moments of early morning post-fajr or the quiet after my children fall asleep. This unsustainable rhythm has led me to a pivotal decision.

I am choosing to step away for a few months to focus more deeply on my family, homeschooling and some of my aspirations, and to most importantly, give myself the space to heal and rejuvenate. This break will also be a time for me to rethink and redesign the framework of The Deen Diaries, ensuring that when I return, it will be with even more to offer you, inshaAllah.

This is not goodbye, but a brief pause in our journey together. I pray that you continue to support our vision and await our return with open hearts. May Allah (SWT) bless you all abundantly, and may we reunite with renewed spirits and strengthened faith.
